Services Set
Funeral services for Randy Lee Parsons,
25-year old area school teacher who died in
an electrical contact accident Friday near
Good Hope Road, are scheduled for 4 p.m.
Monday at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.
Classes at Pleasant Grove School, where
parsons taught fourth grade, will be
dismissed at 12 noon Monday for the
remainder of the day in memory of Parsons.

George Harjoche, assisted by Gerald
Langdon, will conduct the final rites. Burial
will be in Maple Grove Cemetery under the
direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Parsons, who was born in Seminole, would
have celebrated his 26th birthday Saturday,
Aug. 30. He was a member of Twin Oak
Baptist Church, where he and the former
Michelle Coffey were married five years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle, and
daughter, Heather Nichole, of the home; his
parents, Leroy and Linda Parsons, Seminole;
a sister and brother-in-law, Janelle Lynn and
Randy Ray Moore of Seminole; his
grandparents, Alfred and Mary Parsons, and
Hattie Bender, all of Seminole; and his
father-in-law and mother-in-law, Art and
Maudie Coffey of Seminole.

Pallbearers will be John Henson, Victor
Richardson, Junior Evans, John Lovelady, Al
Burgess and Mark Johnson.
Honorary bearers will include Terry
Edgell, Gary Lindeman, Denver Johnson,
Mac Carter, Delbert Haynes and the male
member of the congregation of Twin Oak
Baptist Church.
